Morning team. Howdy, Rob Masters Fit College New Zealand personal trainer here with a couple more tips for you office workers.
Summers out, sun’s out, guns out, curls for the girls so forth. We know you love it. You don’t need to be in the gym, you could be sitting at your office desk and you can do a little bit of exercise. You don’t need a heavy amount of weight.
Come over here and I’ll show you. So just imagine this is our desk all right. You’ve got your full drink bottle. Lie your arm out and just slowly curl. If your drink bottle’s nice and full, they’ll be at least a kilo of water in there. Nice slow concentrated and isolated curls. 12 to 15 on one arm, swap over engage that muscle and your curling away. I can feel that there there’s actually nothing in this bottle and I can feel the weight in it. Slowly start
