Exercises at Work ft. Policemen pt2 – Post #13

Morning team. Howdy, Rob Masters Fit College New Zealand personal trainer, former police officer.

I’ve got a few exercises here today, a few tips that maybe the boys and girls in blue could use during their training, prior to when they hit the street to deal with all the stuff they have to deal with; and if you knew what they had to deal with, you’d probably salute them a little bit more.

Okay, so I picked a few exercises here which sort of re-enact jumping over that fence, picking something up and throwing it down if required, dragging something, maybe someone, across the floor .

Okay, what I really want you to concentrate is on this group of muscles in here and making sure that’s nice and strong because if you remember the last time we talked about the fact that police officers quite often suffer back injuries, m
