Last time we talked a little bit about hip training, okay. I’ve actually still got the equipment behind me. The box, the ball and the kettlebell. Super important when you go along to these sessions, when your PT gives the briefing either just before just after the warmup you really switch on and listen to what he or she has to say, okay. We do have some equipment here that, if not treated carefully can actually cause some injuries. The box jumps are classic.
